Business Entrepreneur and Model Suzan Islam-O'Sullivan created this enterprise with an ethos of breaking down barriers and engaging sustainability in an industry where the worldly view is that of the elite classes and high society. Suzan set about creating an initiative to introduce more aspiring talent from the disadvantaged and working classes (particularly in the South East of England, UK) into a vocation that may seem inaccessible to some and to shine their lights. Recognising that the Fashion and Beauty industries are appealing to a larger range of consumers, she set about an initiative to appeal to, and subsequently, represent various shapes, sizes and looks.

Suzan, herself, being a curvy size 12 to 14 dress size is a model and is currently represented by Your Model Management in London.

Based in Hastings, East Sussex. EnMode Models is an Agency that offers Coaching, Training and Professional Employment opportunities in the industry with current Employers and producers within the related Fashion, Media and Arts industries.
